EFUJSON SHUTS ITS DOORS

Dear eFusjon Distributors:

It is with great sadness that we announce today that we must cease the direct sales multi-level marketing business of eFusjon, Inc. as of September 1, 2010.

The independent contractor distributor agreements will terminate as of this date. See Distributor Agreement, Section 7 (“The Agreement shall continue in effect between the parties hereto until either party terminates the Agreement…”). Qualified distributors will receive their last compensation check for the month of August, less offsets against any amounts that are owed to the Company, on September 10th. Any commissions due will be available in your “Hyperwallet” account until October 31, 2010, after which date you will need to contact the corporate office (to access your “Hyperwallet” account please go to www.efusjonpay.com, or contact customer service for assistance). The Company will send refunds of the $30 membership fee to those distributors who became members in August 2010.

This was a very difficult decision for the Company and not one we had hoped to make. When the owners started eFusjon in 2008, we envisioned a unique and successful MLM business with healthy and unparalleled beverage products. The goal was to market these products through independent distributors via the MLM direct sales business model. Distributor performance, however, has been steadily declining for over a year now, and as a result, so has the Company’s revenues. The Company can no longer maintain a marketing model that is not generating the funds needed to grow a viable business. In short, the Company’s MLM business model is no longer a sustainable marketing strategy.

With a certain level of optimism, we also announce today our decision to explore other opportunities for the eFusjon product many of you have come to love. For some period of time, you may continue to enjoy eFusjon products through purchases (without compensation) on the eFusjon website www.efusjon.com.

Lastly, we extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to all of you for your dedication to eFusjon over the years and for standing by our product and the Company during the height of our success as well as through more recent challenging times. We share your disappointment about the recent turn of events, but are cautiously optimistic about the future of eFusjon and eFusjon’s unparalleled, healthy beverages.

Monthly Matrix Compression.

Hello efusjon Team,

Today we are thrilled to share with you some exciting news about the efusjon Matrix! As you know, the Matrix is structured to place new Associates under their enroller in the first available position, top to bottom, left to right. When a Distributor cancels their membership or loses their sales position in the Matrix, this creates a gap or “hole” in the enroller’s Matrix unless it is filled again. This sometimes presents a unique challenge to Distributors who want to keep their Matrix tightly structured and well-organized. Many of you have made efforts to manually “compress” your matrix in hopes of doing just that.

Starting at the beginning of January we will be compressing the efusjon Matrix automatically for you on a monthly basis. This will occur along with the close of each commission cycle at the very beginning of every month. Once the first cycle of compression takes place, you may notice significant changes or improvements to the structure of your matrix. However, all personal enrollees will always remain under their enroller. Every month after that will show less and less change, depending on the number of personally enrolled Distributors who may have become active or inactive during the prior month. An easy way to think about compression is to follow the current structure of the Matrix in a backward motion. In other words, all personal enrollees will be moved to the first available position, under their current enroller, from right to left, bottom to top, until there are no gaps or holes left.

There will be a one-time, unique opportunity for those of you who re-activate before January! Typically, if you re-activate after losing your spot in the Matrix you would be placed in the first available position under your previous enroller, and potentially below those you had enrolled as well as anyone else who had joined that downline during your inactivity. However, if you re-activate before January, you will have a spot under your previous enroller, and will be above those whom you had enrolled and those who joined that downline during your inactivity. It is very important that you understand that this opportunity is for the first compression and the first compression ONLY. Those who re-activate after the first compression occurs will automatically be placed in the first available position in the bottom of their enroller’s matrix. This means that it is highly beneficial to remain in the Matrix or to get back into the Matrix if you want to be in the same position!

If any of you have not reached your required sales volume and don’t currently hold an active sales position in the Matrix, don’t worry. You still have an opportunity to get back into the Matrix before the first compression takes place by retailing or purchasing $120 of product. As a reminder, the requirement of $120 in product sales volume can be earned through the retail of efusjon products on your replicated website, activating your autoship, or through the purchase of products in your back office. If you have any questions about how to place a product order or activate your autoship, you may contact our efusjon Customer Service team. There are no limitations for Distributors in regards to having multiple positions in your original downline under the same enroller. However, those who are found cross-recruiting or soliciting members from other teams to join their downline will be subject to suspension and/or termination.

Regarding Matrix Moving and Recruiting

Hello efusjon Team,

Over the past several weeks it has come to our attention that there are a number of distributors who have been encouraging others to cancel their position(s) and move to another location within the efusjon matrix. Some have done so under the impression that this was something that had been endorsed and approved by efusjon corporate staff. Others have done so with motives for personal and monetary gain. This has resulted in the disbursement of extremely inaccurate information by various distributors via emails and conference calls.

Under no circumstances are efusjon distributors to engage in any such actions. efusjon does not endorse or approve the movement of any team to other parts of the matrix. Additionally, anyone who is found to be in violation of our IGNITE Bonus Program terms and conditions by receiving a $75 or $200 bonus for re-enrolling in another part of the matrix will be deducted for these amounts on their next commission paycheck.

An investigation is pending on each individual case, and may result in the termination of those who have not complied with efusjon policies and procedures. We highly encourage each of you to re-familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures, which have been put in place to ensure the long-term success of these business opportunities for efusjon team members. Within the next few days we will be creating additional policies to ensure further protection from situations such as these.

We have posted the training meeting for the efusjon Action Pages under the "Videos" section at http://www.myefusjonpage.com. It is divided into 9 sections, so it should be easier to navigate. If you are interested in setting up a landing page, already have an account and are wondering how to customize it, or would just like to expand your knowledge about internet marketing and search optimization, this video is a must! We highly recommend that you take some time to watch it and get familiar with the options that are available.

The integrated Domain Registration option is now available in your Member Dashboard at http://www.myefusjonpage.com under Manage Campaign>Register Domain. This is an extremely valuable tool which allows you to purchase your own customized URL (website name) instead of having to use a third party such as GoDaddy.com and then worrying about inserting code in the proper places. This will do all of that for you. Make sure you check it out!

Additionally, we will be making the landing pages option available for new distributors when they sign up as a distributor with efusjon. They will have the option to add the landing pages to their first purchase and will then be set up with an account. This provides a seamless way to get everything you need in one easy step!

We are also working on adding additional graphic templates and customizable text for your action pages which will be made available soon. We want to begin by saying that ever since the announcement on Monday of our new bonus program, the response has been overwhelming! Many of you have shared with us some wonderful stories about how this is already improving your business in a big way, and we know that it will only get better!

We have added a few new enhancements to our IGNITE Bonus Program. Beginning immediately, all efusjon Associates will be eligible for the Coach Bonus. This means that the Distributor ID number entered in the Coach box must belong to an efusjon Distributor who has achieved the rank of Associate or higher. This may be you, your enroller, a team leader or anyone else who has reached the rank of efusjon Associate or Executive. Just as a reminder, there are no special Coach numbers assigned. The number that should be entered in the Coach box is the Distributor ID number of the person who will receive the bonus. If no ID number is entered and the box is checked, the enroller’s number will automatically populate there and they will receive the bonus.

We have also added some additional enhancements. The new enrollees in this program will show up in the color purple in your community matrix for the first month only, to help distinguish between others in your downline. This will make it easier to track your progress and the progress of those you are helping to achieve Executive.

We are in the process of creating an auto responder to notify you each time your Distributor ID number has been entered as a Coach. This will make it easier to keep in contact with those who you will be helping to achieve Executive. In addition, you will receive another auto responder notice if they have not achieved Executive status by the 15^th day after their signup. This will serve as a reminder for you that they are halfway through their 30-day window to qualify as an Executive. As soon as they achieve the rank of Executive, you will receive notice of that as well. These will begin sending in the next few days.

I am writing to all of you in relation to the unusual and disruptive events that have occurred over the past few days. The announcements, calls and electronic statements issued by Derek Broes were in no way representative or authorized by myself or any officials of the company. Derek is not an officer of the company nor privy to or sanctioned to speak on behalf of the company as a whole.

We apologize that over the past few months we haven’t been able to be more forthcoming with information. We know that it was somewhat confusing and frustrating, but please know that, for legal reasons, we are unable to communicate more directly.

However, in light of recent events we all agreed that it was important to inform you of the situation at hand to avoid any potential misunderstandings due to propaganda and statements being made. Additionally, in past notices to the field we have done our best to emphasize that we are the number one and only source for accurate information about the company and are readily available to provide answers as best as we can. We built this company on an open and honest business model and have no plans to deviate from that course.

Unfortunately, the PR aspect was also interrupted and limited due to legal disclosure matters and we had to be very careful in what we did on that front. However, we have been working tediously to identify ways to work around it and have numerous programs currently in effect that will begin to draw media attention and raise awareness. Kimball Roundy Spills His Secret To Making $500.00 per Day on Twitter!

I just wanted to share some notes on an excellent webinar I attended. It was sponsored by Dave Sherwin and The Light House Marketing System. If you’re not familiar with it, it is an excellent online marketing training system that I highly recommend.

Dave conducts several webinars a week, they are always extremely informative, but tonight’s was especially good. The subject was Twitter marketing, and the guest was Kimball Roundy. Over the past few years, he has been fine-tuning his Internet marketing skills and has become very successful. Kimball uses many tools, but he has recently found tremendous success using social networks, particularly Twitter.

Last March, Kimball created his first Twitter account. Today he makes $500.00 per day, exclusively from Twitter. In this very informative webinar, he shared some of his success secrets. Here is a summary of what he talked about.

First, he talked about the rapid growth and infancy of social media networks. According to Kimball, there are no social Network Marketing gurus. It is so new, that no one has mastered the tremendous marketing power they offer. There is tremendous opportunity in these networks. He says that the only limit to ones success is ones education, imagination, and determination.

Kimball attributes his success to several things. First, a life changing near death experience that has taught him to make the most of every day, and never quit. Secondly, his quest for education. Thirdly, his efforts to combine the things he learns from many different teachers. Then putting his own unique spin on these things to develop his own products. Finally, his ability to build report with his customer base by using social networks effectively and tapping the massive marketing power they offer.

In 2006, Kimball was in a boating accident; by all accounts he should be dead. After his boat sank, he found himself in the middle of a mountain lake with a 41% water temperature. In these conditions, most people will freeze to death or drown within about 30 minutes. Kimball was in the water for 2.5 hours. He lost his Brother and Sister in-law in the accident, and survived out of raw determination. This instilled a firm belief in him, that if you never quit, you can’t fail. He believes that his is very applicable to Internet marketing. If you continue to learn, apply and never give up, you cannot fail.

Last year Kimball spent $20,000 on educating himself on Internet marketing. He says that this is by no means necessary, but he has the recourses and wants to find them most cutting edge knowledge out there. But he feels that there is plenty of free or inexpensive information out there for anyone to be successful, if they put in the effort.

Kimball takes all this education, and then simply combines different methods and strategies to put his own spin on things, or target them to niche markets. He calls this R & D, not referring to research and development, but rob and duplicate. In saying this, he is not encouraging people to copy others work, but to take what you learn from different sources and put your own spin on things. Then with a fresh system, you make it so others can duplicate it easily.

Social networks have played a tremendous role in the success Kimball Roundy. However, he has not created a daily income of $500.00 per day by making the mistake that most social network marketers make. Rather, than blasting out advertisements, Kimball focuses on building relationships.

He calls it creating transparency. What he means by this is that he takes out the ulterior motives by creating trust. He opens his life to people, shares life experiences, pictures of his family, etc. He then provides them with valuable content, and when he has developed their respect and trust, they will buy from him. Not just once, but over and over again.

Finally, Kimball creates a web of social media that flows from social network sites like twitter, you tube, face book and my space. He builds “transparent relationships” through this sites, then funnels the traffic to his blog and websites, and back again. He then strives to hold and dominate what he calls “social network real estate”. In other words, he wants to have a presence in as many social networks as possible. There are hundreds of them, and little traffic from each one really ads up to tons of high and quality traffic to your blog and websites.

21st Century Attraction Network Marketing: The Ticket to Success for the Frustrated Majority.

It’s been said that for the average person, network marketing is the best path to wealth. If that’s the case, why do 95% of distributors fail to build successful businesses? In reality, the top 5% consists of those who already have the recipe for success. They have contacts, skill and personality developed from previous success in life. So the reality is, in most cases the average person simply does not have the ingredients for success in the business. But it doesn't have to be that way; there is a recipe for the masses.

It amazes me that as much as the Internet has changed the face of marketing, network marketing has primarily remained old school. Yes, websites and online video have replaced tapes, cds and brochures to some extent, but the old tired methods remain the same. Distributors are still taught to create a list, bug their friends and family, and invite them to watch a video or attend a meeting. With the same old school methods, the modern tools still do little to increase the likelihood of success---for the average person.

Despite the failure of most networking marketing companies to provide a formula of success to the average distributor, there are a handful of entrepreneurs who have discovered the recipe for success on their own. They have studied the Internet, learned what successful Internet marketers are doing, and then tailored those strategies to network marketing. For the few who have managed to create their own Internet based formulas, their success has been staggering.

Mike Ray's company told him that it was not possible to build his organization online; he should follow his upline and do what they do. They advised him to hold meetings and share the plan. He dismissed their advice and proceeded to build an organization of over 32,000 distributors. Amazingly he did this without holding a single hotel opportunity meeting.

In another example, a frustrated network marketer named Dan Putnam modeled Mike Ray’s Internet strategies to build a massive down line of over 51,000 people in less than 18 months. He primarily did this all from home, opting to skip the meetings and bugging of friends and family.

These are just a few of the many examples of a new breed of network marketer who are finding tremendous success, after traditional methods failed them. So what’s their secret? It’s pretty simple; they don’t chase people. They use the power of the Internet to attract the right people to them.

It’s called attraction Internet network marketing, and puts to rest the one of the most common reasons for failure in network marketing. Which is, when you have to pressure someone into a business, they should not be in the business in the first place. With attraction marketing, you only work with people that want to work with you. This reversal of strategy makes it far more likely for an average person to be successful in network marketing.

With the recent explosion of social networks like face book, you tube, and twitter, savvy Internet network marketers are drawing prospects to them like never before. These technologies are powerful, because they are natural conduits for the basis of network marketing; word of mouth advertising. They also allow the 21st century network marketer to develop an online relationship with a prospect before an opportunity is presented.

In many cases, these are not even formal relationships. They are simply the product of trust built up through education. Effective 21st century network marketing uses automated marketing systems to educate prospects first, and then present the opportunity later. The smart marketer presents the tools of success first, often selling them. Then having armed the prospect with the right tools and training, they are free to present the vehicle, which is their network marketing opportunity.

Using these strategies, many of the negative aspects of traditional network marketing disappear. You can skip bugging your friends and family; there is an ocean of prospective entrepreneurs scouring the Internet for the right opportunity. You can bag the hotel and living room meetings, webinar technology provides the ability to present the opportunity or train people all around the world from the comfort of your own home. No more tapes and Cds. Websites, videos, podcasts and conference calls deliver the message for you.

A new breed of network marketer is truly beginning to make their mark in the industry. As successful as they may be, those committed to old school methods will soon find themselves lagging in the race. Thanks to new technologies and attraction marketing methods, 21st century attraction network marketing, may truly be the average persons best ticket to wealth.

Rob Towles speaks to eFusjon in Utah

Rob Towles, CEO of eFusjon, spoke this morning to a room of distributors and leaders in Sandy, UT. We were in attendance and were extremely happy with what transpired. Our confidence in the leadership of eFusjon is 100%. Lisa Flinton, a distributor in eFusjon and member of the eFusjon Gold Team sent us an email sharing her thoughts and reaction on the meeting.

Rob Towles Visit to Utah

There has been a bit of buzz and questions surrounding changes and adjustments eFusjon has recently made with the compensation plan and the launch of the facebook application. I can’t think of a better source to hear the answers from than Rob Towles, CEO, President, and Founder of eFusjon. This became reality for several hundred people Saturday morning at Noahs in South Salt Lake. The man who has not wanted the spotlight and has tried to stay under the radar explains the reason for this. We the distributors are the "hereos" of eFusjon, not him. We make eFusjon successful through our efforts.

Rob started off by sharing some personal background about himself. Marrying young he was forced to work long hours to support his family. He candidly talked about his six months of college leaving him "bored out of his mind". Yet, he recognized the importance of hard work and proceeded to work his way up through the corporate ranks of Costco where he stayed for 7 years. Always an entrepreneur, he owned a restaurant and learned about the business of network marketing. Rob is a family man and has 3 children ages 14, 10 and 8. He and his wife also tragically lost a daughter who passed away of a sudden illness. Rob describes that time as the hardest time of his life.

With a little bit of personal background about the man, we listened as Rob described his background with eFusjon. I got the impression Rob started eFusjon just for me. He cares for the individual. He describes himself as "not being a network marketer, but a business man". When I first started in eFusjon, I was excited about the potential money I would make, but I was more excited about the lives around me that I could change. My dreams where not of a huge mansion or expensive car (ok... maybe a medium mansion), but about helping the dreams of others around me come true. As Rob spoke, I got impression that his motivations paralleled mine. He is not flashy or arrogant, and I was a bit surprised to hear he lives in a condo.

A lot of emotion ran through the room as questions where answered about the recent changes made by corporate. Many top distributors had met with Rob the night before and I could see they had a renewed faith in eFusjon. Rob was passionate as he described how hard it was for them to decide to make the compensation plan changes. The reaction of the audience today appeared by my account to be positive and looking to the future with optimism.

After listening today, I have full faith that any changes or decisions they made are for my benefit and for me to make my business succeed. eFusjon’s success lies in the hands of its distributors and Rob clearly recognizes this. I was humbled by the fact that eFusjon has gone above and beyond the required basics and given us so much opportunity to succeed. In referenceto the compensation plan and overlap, Rob said "What other company do you know that gives you free money?"

I am grateful for the opportunity to build eFusjon and have a renewed motivation. I am taking ownership of my business and my future. Lets do this!

It is imperative before you ever make a phone call or mention eFusjon to another person that you learn what truly motivates you and what compelled you to join eFusjon. We call this your Why. You must know why you are in this business before you know how to do the business.

It is important to be realistic about this business. It isn’t always going to be easy. We know you may be so excited right now that it may be difficult to understand that. However, you will become frustrated even if you are the most successful network marketer in history. It's how a person deals with those frustrations that determines their long-term success. People often give up on their dreams when success was just around the corner.

How do you make it through these times of frustration? Your Why is what will sustain you and motivate you when everything else says quit. Your Why is what will carry you through the muck. Your Why is your very personal, yet powerful reason that will help you rise up and climb to the top.

When you achieve success, which you will if you stay the course, your Why will become part of your story which you will share and will inspire others.

Your Why is not as simple as money, as important as money is. Your Why resides in your heart and in your soul. It is absolutely what is most important to you.

When you learn what your Why is, you will have committed your entire self to success and your business. You will be able to overcome all obstacles in your way and navigate the course even when it gets dark.

Write down why you are in efusjon. Make a list of 15 of the things that motivate you most. It may be you want to be able to leave your job and be have more time with your family. It may be that your dream and ultimate goal is to be able to devote yourself to charitable causes. It may be you want your parents to be able to enjoy their retirement years. Remember that your Why isn’t money, but it may very well be what can come from having an abundance of it.

After you’ve created your list eliminate the one thing you can do without. Continue this process until you have only one left. You may discover in this process that a few of the things you’ve wrote down are connected. Once you have that one clear reason you became involved in this business, formulate it into a simple and unmistakable sentence. You have your Why. Never forget it!

Written: When you put you dreams on paper they become your goals.

Specific: If you truly want to achieve your goal, you must be as specific as possible. Example: I want to take my entire family to Hawaii for Christmas. I want to stay at the Turtle Bay Resort and drive a convertible around Oahu. I want to take a helicopter ride over the volcano and learn to surf and snorkel.

Measurable: How much do you want to earn every month through your eFusjon business?
Example: It is May 1st, 2010 and I am a (Associate or Executive) earning ($ amount) per month through my eFusjon business.

Reported: You must be accountable to somebody who will hold you to your goals. Report updates on your goals to your upline support team. Be willing to ask for their help, and to hold you accountable. Simply having written goals will increase your success, but by reporting those goals you greatly increase the amount of success you will have.

An interesting study was done on the Yale Graduating Class of 1953: 3% of the students had put their goals in writing; 97% had incomplete goals or none at all! Twenty years later the results were astounding! The 3% who had written goals had greater income than the other 97% combined!

Just 3 weeks ago we released a video to help share the eFusjon opportunity with others. The high production values and clear message about eFusjon all delivered concisely in 8 minutes made the video very popular. Within hours of the video being released it was being shared rapidly through facebook, You Tube, twitter, emails, and even live presentations held all across the country. We were thrilled that everybody enjoyed the video and found it to be a helpful tool to share with others.

As you may be aware, the video is no longer available to view. However, we are currently in production on a new video.

The eFusjon Energy Club has exploded over the past several months. Nearly 60,000 distributors have joined eFusjon in record time. Many distributors were excited about the opportunity and let their imaginations get the best of them. Unfortunately, many myths and rumors began and were passed on. Many of the rumors and speculations revolved around the facebook application that was successfully launched on July 22nd. Statements that are being made that need correcting

Today at 8:41am I have seen several video and blogs with some information that needs to be corrected.

Although I love the enthusiasm of everyone involved in efusjon , it is very important to make sure you have accurate information when talking about the company. I have never said any of following things so here are a few things that need to be corrected.

I have heard many people say that Mark Zuckerberg and I got together to develop the tools for efusjon. NOT TRUE! Although I have met Mark in the past we never discussed efusjon.

The FACT:

Facebook is a “platform” in the same way that Microsoft windows is a platform and I can build application that work and play in Windows. Facebook has developer API’s (Application Programming Interface), that allows developers to build applications that will play and function on the platform.

I have also heard many people say that 400 engineers from Microsoft are building the efusjon facebook application. NOT true. First 400 engineers is MASSIVE and complete overkill. We are not building the space shuttles management system. Some of our developers may have worked at Microsoft in the past but all of our developers work for My partner company “ The illusion Factory” located in So Cal.

A few more things to correct:

Bill Gates in NOT in efusjon. Why would he be? I was NOT Bill Gates Top executive. Did I work there? Yes. Did I meet Bill? yes many times. I actually worked with Steve Ballmer the CEO and other executives the majority of the time.

There are many celebrities that are in efusjon and if they want to make their names known they will just like John Ratzenberger and Darryl Strawberry did.

I was NOT Senior Vice President at Microsoft. I was Sr. Director.I was Senior Vice President at Paramount Pictures and Vice President. Why do so many demote me. :-)

The facebook application will NOT change your facebook page. The application when open will have all the branding of efusjon. Once closed your facebook page will look just the way it did before you opened the application.

The last thing to correct: I have heard this statement so many times: “Get your 3 people and wait for facebook to launch”. NO, this is not correct. This is not something that will simply do all of your work for you. Yes it will help you market the opportunity but it does not replace the fact that people still want to ask questions and become comfortable with the opportunity before spending $200.00.

A final note:

efusjon is a very exciting company and even without the technology launched yet has grown at an amazing speed. The opportunity is incredible and just by sharing the amazing comp plan and incredible drinks you will succeed. We just wanted to update everyone on a few things. First, We have recently given our main and surrounding pages a makeover. In compliance with efusjon corporation policies and procedures, we wanted to bring it more in line with the look and feel of the company.

I will try and guide everyone with a step by step process to sign up and get all of you up to speed with this program.

First- Go to http://www.efusjonmeeting.com/ in a new window keeping this page and the new page side by side so you can follow instructions. The page should look like this.

Second-click on SIGN UP it is the second option down. The page should look like this.
At this point you want to sign up for a user name and account. Pick a username that you can remember. After you have filled out this information it should take you to a page that looks like this (below). As you can see I have registered as (EfusjonGold). You can edit your profile by clicking on the PROFILE tab on the top right of the page. This page is filled with a lot of information.

On the top of the page there are three gold tabs labeled CONFERENCING MEDIA VMAIL
CONFERENCING has three subtabs DASHBOARD which is pictured above, MY CONFERENCES which will give you a list of all of your scheduled conferences and the third tab (SCHEDULE A NEW CONFERENCE ). If you click on SCHEDULE A NEW CONFERENCE it will bring you to a page that look like this.Just fill out the required information and save. It will then show up under MY CONFERENCES. You can share these videos in a Conference and discuss them with all those attending the Conference.

This tool gives you the option of recording a video straight from your computer mic or camera and sending those videos through email. You can use this tool to send conference invites out, small change in scheduling, or any or information that needs to be sent. It will only allow you 35 seconds of record time which enables all email servers to fit the size of the email through their system. Remember it can be be both audio and video, so if you don't have video capabilities you can still send a quick audio recording as well.

I think these tools will be very helpful when it comes to sharing Efusjon in the comfort of our own homes, offices, or any other location where computers are located. If you have any questions or find out that this information is wrong let me know so that I can change it as soon as possible

It's official, Facebook will launch in July. Today efusjon posted a video on the main website that covers all of the major events for July. Included is the facebook launch.

In addition, the video offers a sneak peak at the application. It looks great, and will stand out to facebook users. At the same time it is very clean and fits well into the facebook environment.

Perhaps it was this news that created a surge of new sign-ups. By late in the afternoon, over 1,000 distributors had already joined efusjon. I have a feeling that this is just a sample of the growth we will see in the weeks and months ahead.

Before I get hate mail, let's take the word "steal" out of that title. Clearly, no opportunity is worth compromising ones integrity for. However, there is one opportunity that is worth doing everything short of that. That opportunity is the eFusjon energy club.

Times are tough financially, for many the future looks bleak, and they are struggling for every penny. A handful of these people have been fortunate enough to be exposed to a potentially life changing opportunity. If they truly understand this opportunity, they will understand that thier good fortune to be introduced to fusjon at this point in the game, is equivalent to winning the lottery. But you can't win the lottery, if you don't buy a ticket.

With that said, I want to address those who see the efusjon opportunity, but are about to let it slip past them, because they think they can't afford it.

Understand, that my perspective on this is based on the fact that I once fell into this category. I won't hide the fact, that I am broke. When I first looked at efusjon about two months ago, the thought of coming up with $193.00 + and additional $163.00 per month seemed impossible. I had a utility shut off notice, I was way behind on all of my bills, and totally maxed out on all credit. To top it off, I saw nothing on the horizon that would change my financial situation. To put it mildly, I was in bad place financially, and was scared.

Perhaps it is this state of mind the drove me to take a chance, and invest in efusjon. I saw the opportunity, and knew it was the chance of a lifetime. I also saw my currant situation was not getting any better, and what I was doing, wasn't working. I asked myself; if I wasn't going to do efusjon, what was I going to do? So I made the decision that this was going to be my way out. I was going to take a chance, and I believed it would pay off.

Only one problem, I had made the decision to take the chance, but I still didn't have the money. So I expanded my horizons in search for the funds. My answer was ebay. I found some things that had value, and I sold them. It was a calculated sacrifice, because I knew that If I worked this, I would be able to buy those things back someday, and much, much more.

As for the next months order, I did the same thing, sold more stuff. Guess what? That's the last time I will have to do that. My product is now pretty close to being paid for, and I will soon have a very profitable business. I am very confident that I will soon never have to worry about money again.

All of a sudden, my future looks very bright. I successfully co-founded the efusjon gold team, and we are one of the fastest growing and most prominant teams in efusjon. Had I let money stand in my way, I have no doubt my future would still look very bleak. There are a tons of efusjon distributors out there who were once broke too. I know one personally that was as broke as it gets just 90 days ago. Last month, he made well over $10,000. What if he had let money stand in his way?

Don't let this opportunity slip past you. It is your chance for a new life, and an opportunity to spread that to others in need of it as well. Do what ever you have to do! There is always a way. Cut your expenses for a few months. How much do you spend on soda, Energy Drinks,eating out, movies, junkfood, Clothes Etc?. With very few exceptions, most people have places to free up money, and apply it elsewhere. Heck, if you have to eat Top Roman for 3 meals a day for two months, it would be worth it.

Remember, this is a chance to toss out the cheap stuff forever. Forget Top Roman, work this hard for a 6 months to a year, and you will likely be eating eating steak and lobster whenever you want, for the rest of your life.

Have a garage sale
List things on ebay or craigs list
Put in a few extra hours at work.
Cut some costs
Give Plasma

I don't care! Get creative, and do what you have to do. You don't want to be kicking yourself a year from now when your sponsor is rich and your saying "woulda, shoulda, coulda". Regardless if it works out or not, chances are that a in a few months, those sacrifices will be long forgotten, and at least you know you tried.

This is month to month. If it doesn't work out, you're not commited for life. But if you take a chance and commit to this, you have a very good chance of changing your life.

Change your perspective, and you will open the doors of possibility. Make it happen!

The Basics of the Acai Berry

Jeremy Call Explains Why he Joined Efusjon

I first heard about Efusjon about three months ago from an old friend from High School. He found me on Facebook and said he had just joined something that was going to be amazing. He told me it was called Efusjon and gave me the information to look at the site. When I got to the web site I saw that it was multi level marketing and just another "XANGO". I have never done multi level marketing, and didn't have the desire to do so at this time.

The following month I had two more people talk to me about Efusjon. I still didn't want to join, but was more interested to find out exactly the product was and what all the buzz was about. It was about a week later my good friends Spencer and Dave talked to me about Efusjon. I have never been the person who takes energy drinks, but I am a person who is interested in making additional money for my family. After talking with Spencer and Dave for a couple of weeks and going to an Efusjon presentation, I decided to join. I received my drinks on May 27 2009 and have been impressed with the product itself. My kids also love the drink and have been wanting more than what I am currently giving them. I have total confidence that they will be tremendously successful! Having worked in sales his whole life, my dad is very well connected. Then there's my Mom, the worlds kindest person. I'm not exaggerating, she's as selfless as they come. At the same time, she can sell snow to an Eskimo. Derek Broes is the Man! Derek Broes is quiting Paramount Studios to do nothing but Efusjon!

From the stage at the Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, Derek Broes announced he would be leaving his vaulted position at Paramount Studios as Senior Vice President and be committing completely to Efusjon! The application he and his team have designed for Facebook will be launched in July, commemorating the one year Anniversary of the incorporation of Efusjon!

Last night we anxiously waited for Derek Broes to take the mic and share with us his vision of Efusjon. Perhaps we were especially anxious after a guy from Survivor had taken the stage earlier to talk about Efusjon, but instead did nothing but talk about how good looking, cool, and utterly fabulous he was. Maybe we're wrong and maybe there was a mad rush of people trying to get a picture with "Mr. Please Let Me Have 15 More Minutes of Fame" after the event. Maybe we'd be a little more cool like him if we had got a picture and put it on facebook. Anyway, we couldn't wait for Derek to hit the stage! One of our team members was basically pacing in his chair, because he so eagerly waited for Derek Broes. I'm not sure exactly how to tell somebody how to pace in their chair, but let's just say that I witnessed it with my own eyes and it clearly meant that they couldn't wait for Derek to come out singing our National Anthem. Yes, Derek Broes finally did take the stage and he entered singing in support of all the troops and quite well I might add. Derek, will you please pass some of your talents my way? It isn't fair that a genius be able to sing!

For the next hour Derek turned a massive ballroom filled to capacity into complete believers. I couldn't help but think that Derek Broes will be the man in social networks like Bill Gates is to software, Warren Buffett is to investing, and Donald Trump is to.... doing whatever he does. Derek has taken a path in life that has led him to this point where all the skills he has acquired will change an industry! He talked about his humble beginnings living in a U-Haul and never graduating high school or from college. We were enlightened into his unique way of thinking as he related his experiences at Microsoft. Derek, if you didn't know, was in charge of Microsoft Strategy, its leading division. He rose to that position thinking outside the box and creating the most downloaded application in Internet history with 550 million downloads! He stood before Senators, defending himself with fire for his work with Kazaa, a peer-to-peer file sharing network. Then he ended up at Paramount Pictures and was enlisted to study social networks in order to generate profit for the studio through these new mediums. Through this journey Derek related, we learned that Derek is unlike the rest of us, he is visionary and brilliant! Derek thinks in ways that create progress and change! He has arrived at this point in time armed with a very unique set of skills, knowledge, and influence that will result in Efusjon changing an entire industry!

How committed to Efusjon is Derek Broes? So committed that he is quitting Paramount Studios! Who does that? Is there any reason this man has to risk his reputation and position? Derek says yes there is! But after listening to Derek, he isn't viewing it as a risk at all and neither did the crowd. Dereks vision for his applications include "game after game after game after game." Derek vision with Efusjon doesn't just include just the United States and Canada as he said that he wasn't concerned about individual countries, but is concerned about the whole globe! Derek doesn't think small everybody! And lucky for him and us, he can walk the talk. One demonstration and insight into the brain of Derek is his idea for Efusjon Kids. Derek wants to teach kids to be entreprenuers and he wants to do it through games. He wants to use the Efusjon matrix and allow kids to share with their friends games, not for monetary compensation, but for points that can be used to get other games. I think my head spun when Derek started talking about Efusjon Kids. Brilliant! Of course, those kids have parents and those parents will be getting introduced to Efusjon by their kids and those kids are going to learn about networking and business!

After the event, a group of us were chatting and everybody had the same reaction to Derek Broes. "Derek is legit." That huge room of people walked out believing in Derek Broes and knowing that they can share his vision with others. It is this reason that Efusjon is the fastest growing company in this industries history at this stage. We are changing an industry that needed change! There will be many lives incredibly changed by Efusjon. What an amazing blessing to be here at the beginning and what an amazing association we have with a man that will be a social network and network marketing icon. Derek Broes is the Man!

It isn't selling, it's teaching

As we talk to people each day about Efusjon we hear a wide variety of responses. One of those, and it is very commonly said is "oh, I'm not a very good at selling." Our response to such a concern is that it isn't a problem at all. In fact, it is better if you aren't selling Efusjon! We want teachers and those that genuinely want to help those around them. People sense it when they are being sold something. And people know when somebody genuinely cares. The best thing we can all do is to care about those we share Efusjon with. They will respond not because of the great product we have, but rather because of you and their trust in you. When we talk to one of our friends or family, we aren't trying to sell them something that they will put out on the lawn for a garage sale a couple years down the road. We are sharing with them an opportunity for financial freedom! We feel obligated to talk to them and it isn't because we need them. We want them to enjoy the same success we know we will. Our role is to teach. We teach them about the industry and how Efusjon stands apart on offers something revolutionary. We teach them how to succeed. We teach them and soon they will teach others. Don't go out and sell Efusjon! Go out and share it with those you care about and do it sincerely. You won't have to sell anything. Your relationship with them is all you need!

Working Facebook

While eFusjon has yet to launch the facebook application, there is no reason we can't be leveraging it's power right now. We have a number of examples from team members in how this is paying off.

Understand that facebook is a social network, there are constant conversations going on, and the world is eavesdropping. When someones overhears a conversation, and fills they are missing something, it human nature to be curious. With facebook as it is right now, we can use this big time!

Here are a few examples:

Several of our team members have posted this one simple comment " I'm lovin eFusjon". Both of them had one or more person ask them about eFusjon.

Another has been making casual statements for weeks. It's only here and there, but he has had a number of people ask him about eFusjon as a result. It has been key to his sponsoring several people.

In another example, a team member made a statement about eFusjon, and another distributor (not on our team) responded "welcome to the club". An exchange then followed where the distributor told a story about going out to the mail box and getting a big fat commission check. She then talked about going on a shopping spree.

Let me ask you; What do you think everyone who was eavesdropping on that conversation was thinking? (not that that's bad, that's what facebook is all about, open communication). They were thinking, "what in the heck is eFusjon, and it produce enough money for a shopping spree?" You cannot buy advertising that is so effective. Now those people may not come out and ask what eFusjon is immediately, but it has planted a seed of curiosity, and they will be watching from now on.

I want to encourage everyone to do a few things in regard to facebook.

1. Start adding more friends. The best way to do this is to search the friends lists of your friends. You can do this from their page. Look for people that you also know. Grow your list as much as possible, because this is your market. You want them to hear the name eFusjon, from you first. then when curiosity gets the best of them, they will come to you. Grow your market by adding friends.

2. Cut and paste a efusjon logo into your profile on your page. Then every time someone visits your page, they will see eFusjon and associate you with it. It will also further feed that curiosity.

3. Become more active in posting. You want this to be natural, and not look like advertising. Make the majority of your posts without any mention of eFusjon, but increase your frequency of posting (do it everyday, several times if possible). This frequency will increase your opportunity to mention efusjon in a causal manner in some of those posts.

4. Don't over do it, but as appropriate make comments like " just had my efusjon, got lots of energy for my walk" One member of our team does this very effectively or " I am so excited to go to the eFusjon event tonight, anyone else going? (don't everyone do this of course). When tou sign someone up say somthing like " I just got another Efusjon convert" Then when If you see it, just respond and comment.

5. When you see the opportunity, comment or respond to someones efusjon comment. Like " I just got my first eFusjon check, I am so excited" You might say "Congratulations, they are just going to get bigger" or "I can't wait for the meeting either". etc. Keep it very natural.

We are seeing results from this, but don't over do it. We are just gently prepping them for the facebook launch. In the mean time, we will probably get a few who will approach us directly, and generate some sponsorships out of it. But by doing this, you are preping dozens of your friends, and potentially many of them will join your organization later.
