How to use Efusjon's new Conferencing tool (NetConference.TV)

I will try and guide everyone with a step by step process to sign up and get all of you up to speed with this program.

First- Go to http://www.efusjonmeeting.com/ in a new window keeping this page and the new page side by side so you can follow instructions. The page should look like this.


Second-click on SIGN UP it is the second option down. The page should look like this.
At this point you want to sign up for a user name and account. Pick a username that you can remember. After you have filled out this information it should take you to a page that looks like this (below). As you can see I have registered as (EfusjonGold). You can edit your profile by clicking on the PROFILE tab on the top right of the page. This page is filled with a lot of information.

On the top of the page there are three gold tabs labeled CONFERENCING MEDIA VMAIL
CONFERENCING has three subtabs DASHBOARD which is pictured above, MY CONFERENCES which will give you a list of all of your scheduled conferences and the third tab (SCHEDULE A NEW CONFERENCE ). If you click on SCHEDULE A NEW CONFERENCE it will bring you to a page that look like this.Just fill out the required information and save. It will then show up under MY CONFERENCES. You have the option to make it a reoccurring if you want to. a scheduled Conference looks like this


If you go to the top of the page and click on the next gold tab MEDIA. It will bring up a list of all Official Efusjon Videos. At this time there are seven videos titled, Introduction, Overview, Opportunity, Matrix Training Video, 2009 Lineup, Stimulus, and Compensation Plan. These videos average about 3 minutes a piece and if you have not already watched them it is highly recommended. You can share these videos in a Conference and discuss them with all those attending the Conference.

(I have not hosted a Conference yet I will do so this weekend and post a separate post with detailed instructions on that soon).



The third tab at the top V-MAIL

This tool gives you the option of recording a video straight from your computer mic or camera and sending those videos through email. You can use this tool to send conference invites out, small change in scheduling, or any or information that needs to be sent. It will only allow you 35 seconds of record time which enables all email servers to fit the size of the email through their system. Remember it can be be both audio and video, so if you don't have video capabilities you can still send a quick audio recording as well.

I think these tools will be very helpful when it comes to sharing Efusjon in the comfort of our own homes, offices, or any other location where computers are located. If you have any questions or find out that this information is wrong let me know so that I can change it as soon as possible
